Absinthe Spoon

An absinthe spoon is an indispensable accessory for the classic absinthe fire ritual. Just place the cube sugar on it which gets lid and the caramelized sugar drains through the absinthe spoon.
This absinthe spoon is made of stainless steel. Further it is dishwasher-safe and heat-resistant, whereby it stands the burning sugar. The sugar plate is equipped with holes and rhombuses, so that the caramelized sugar can be clear drain through them.
