In the year 1493 Christopher Kolumbus got the pineapple from the Guadeloupes natives. He brought it to Europe and he compared the pineapple with the pine cone named like pine-apple. You do not have to wait for the next pineapple delivery because you can use the Giffard Pineapple syrup. It tastes fresh, slightly acid and very intensive.
