Shrub originates from the colonial era where fruits, vegetables and berries were preserved by mixing with vinegar and botanicals to create a thirst-quenching and complex drink. A technique used for both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails.

We have mixed alcohol free Shrub Soda cocktails with our fav combinations of fruits, berries, veggies and herbs and put these on cans!
